الوصف الوظيفي
- • Conduct annual manpower planning and budgeting exercise and update and monitor the manpower budget.
- • Responsible for the entire recruitment process to enable selection of quality talent for vacant positions within defined timelines
- • Advertise, headhunt and source qualified candidates through CV database, recruitment portals, social media, recruiting agencies, etc. in an efficient and cost-effective manner
- • Screen candidates, conduct HR interview, administer assessments, and forward shortlisted CVs to hiring managers.
- • Coordinate interviews for all vacancies, provide feedback to the hiring manager and update the candidate of the outcome.
- • Prepare and negotiate conditional offer for selected candidate based on successful reference checks in alignment with the compensation structure, and in agreement with hiring manager.
