الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage the operational HR administration function in compliance with set established procedures
- Oversee that all employee details are up-to-date on the HR system – BambooHR.
- Build and create reports and present to our business unit managers.
- Manage employee lifecycle changes and ensure data integrity and timely reporting on our HR system
- Welcome new starters
- Responsible for the pre-boarding and onboarding process, and ensuring it is as smooth as possible
- Deliver and co-ordinate Ergo’s Induction Programme
- Drive and deliver staff retention program’s
- Support our employees through all life-cycle stages of benefits, perks, processes, policies, leave, internal HR systems and other people-led programs
- Manage disciplinary, grievance and performance improvement plans
- Drive the employee health and wellbeing Programme & Employee engagement forums
- Implement and roll out new policies and procedures ensuring we are compliant with employment legislation and company policy.
- Provide expert advice and direction to management and staff regarding HR Policies and Procedures and employee relations
- Oversee Health & Safety procedures
- Provide PA support to our CEO
