Total Experience: 3-5 years

GCC Experience: Not required

Gender: Male

Age: Between 24 – 27 years old

Nationality: Filipino

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
• Knowledge in the use of MS Office Applications
• Excellent in customer service and coordination skills

Job Description

• Answer calls from tenants, record their queries and concerns and raise work orders.
• Coordinate with tenants and maintenance team on a daily basis regarding maintenance activities associated with different disciplines such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, civil and others.
