الوصف الوظيفي
- Respond directly to the Contract Officer.
- Support the Contract Officer in the coordination with the Contracts Department for all RFP processes and for the subsequent contracts.
- Support the Contract Officer in offering an effective liaison, support and assistance between the Contract Department and the Client.
- Support the Contract Officer in developing and preparing the tender process strategy, for the specific need of each sub-program, in accordance to the Client's guidelines.
- Support the Contract Officer in developing plans for streamlining and managing the tender process functions, analysis and documenting through the systems approved by the Client.
- Once the RFP process is concluded, coordinate with the Contracts Department for the finalization of all contracts with all stakeholders.
- Support the Contract Officer in the verification of compliance to the contracts' prescriptions of the stakeholders, also by directly inspecting the construction sites to verify the work in accordance to the Contract Officer recommendations.
- Attend executive meetings and progress meetings.
