الوصف الوظيفي
- Review bank transaction journals which are submitted by finance assistant on a regular basis
- Review Cost point entries entered by Finance assistants
- Review check/transfer payment vouchers and ensures that all supporting documents are completed, authorized and approved before any payment is made.
- Review Tartous transactions journals before entering it in cost point
- Prepare daily cash position report and send to Split.
- Reconciling Deltek data with cash and bank Journals.
- Assisting Finance Manager with the monthly numbers closing.
- Preparing the financial reports for any internal or external auditors.
- Checking missing documents and following up with signing the backup documents.
- Comparing financial vouchers with the Deltek reports on both UK and US companies.
- Preparing General Journals (GJs) with the reallocations of the entries needed to be reallocated.
