About the role

An accountant or Accountant Professional is responsible for the management and reporting of financial data of an organization. Their duties include preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing a company's accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
• Analyzing accounts and business plans
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.
• Examining financial reports that display the company's profits, equity, and cash flow
• Examining expenses submitted by employees
