الوصف الوظيفي
- University degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or other related discipline
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience in construction industry with: 1) at least ten (10) years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, and 2) at least ten (10) years of contract formation and administration experience
- Relevant experience on infrastructure based projects, such as site preparation, site development and highways as well as buildings projects
- Expertise in standard methods of measurement and quantity take-offs
- Familiar with different BOQ Work Breakdown Structures and Pay Items
- Knowledge in the formation and administration of construction, technical and O&M contracts relative to law, negotiating and cost engineering
