الوصف الوظيفي
- Developing business cases for and select new city/expansion in alignment with approved RC strategies.
- Preparing reports on potential city expansion plans, reviews the same to ensure viability and provides input on economic development plans from a social, commercial and industrial perspectives.
- Conducts economic analysis of potential cluster opportunities, taking into consideration the Royal Commission's objectives, strategic plans and city needs.
- Develops economic objectives for social/ community affairs, coordinates with various stakeholders/ tenants/ investors in order to obtain the necessary feedback to refine economic plans and objectives.
- Reviews city zoning plans, Master plans, and other related information in order to assess potential locations/ areas for social economic planning opportunities.
- Performs the needed research into community affairs, and provides specialist insight towards the development of economic plans accordingly.
- Supervises, coordinates, and directs the needed teams to implement the needed detailed work plans to accomplish functions operational objectives.
