الوصف الوظيفي
- Within the EPM organisation (who report to the NEOM Client), support the management of the system and operational safety assurance processes during the design & implementation phases of the Project’s life cycle.
- Support the review of submissions pertaining to system & operational safety planning & execution throughout the project’s life cycle ensuring that submissions are compliant with the requirements.
- Review functional and characteristics of the operational railway identifying system assurance requirements and system hazards which will need to be addressed.
- Support stakeholder engagement from a system safety perspective not limited to the following; Train Control, Electrification, Fire & Life Safety, Operations, Maintenance during different modes of operation namely, Normal Operation, Degraded and Emergency.
- Support the review of assurance documentation by the Project’s Independent Safety Assessor (ISA) to ensure that planned safety assessments are carried out and Safety Assessment Reports or Safety Notices are addressed and closed in a timely fashion.
- Liaison / coordination with NEOM consultants and the Project’s Independent Checking Engineer.
- Support submissions to the NEOM Safety Review Panel.
