الوصف الوظيفي
- Identify and Develop appropriate channels of communication with potential investors that are compatible with the tenants/players/service provider environment within the Royal Commission cities and develop the necessary proactive marketing strategies and tactics.
- Performs supportive roles in making situation analysis to determine Marketing strategies/methodologies/tools/programs in accordance with the dynamics in regional, global industrial trends to prioritize (quick wins) and play supporting roles in implementation of the same according to the priority.
- Conduct research to identify preferences and other relevant information for potential investors to assist management in the decision-making process.
- Identifies based on available data, communication channels and media from the publicity necessary to attract potential investors.
- Understand “Unique selling proposition/Unique attractions in RC Cities” and ensure effective, efficient communication to reach out the target investors.
- Coordinates with other departments within the sector to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
