الوصف الوظيفي
- lans, organizes and directs the project's HR activities. Includes any combination of the following: staffing, recruitment, including contract personnel and locals, government relations, salary administration, training, records administration, policy interpretation, labor relations, social and recreational programming, travel service, and project schooling. Evaluates progress of all personnel activities and makes modifications as required. Advises and counsels project management regarding the interpretation and intent of Bechtel HR policies, practices and benefit programs. Represents employees and/or dependants with various government agencies in obtaining or processing required visas, permits, licenses, registration and death certificates as required. Defines and recommends organisational objectives, develops specific short-term and long-range plans, and monitors progress to assure work objectives are attained and schedules are met.
