HR Asst cum Jr. Accountant

Preparation of Salary Wages, Maintaining Payroll, Employee Loan advance, Leave encashment, Annual Leave settlement and Employee full and final settlement.

 Making Leave Settlement and End of Service settlement for employee as per Qatar Law.

 Payroll Calculation, making SIF file and Uploading via WPS online.

 Maintaining personal file of individual employee.

 Handling Time sheets calculation, leave absent and late coming and work out over time.

 Updated of leave records of employee’s

 Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

 Maintaining accurate records and preparing clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing and operational use.

 Reviewing and verifying accuracy of data.

 Maintaining accounting records for special accounts and projects.

 Other duties may be assigned accordingly to the company requirements
