الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensuring the IT solutions implemented on a given site within his/her perimeter are properly used and deliver adequate business value. Identify and report on business value indicators;
- Share the results with site leadership team;
- Monitoring incidents/services requests and taking appropriate actions to get them fixed with the SLAs target.
- Participating to the deployment of Sanofi Core Models within Manufacturing, Shopfloor, Quality domains
- Identifying areas of improvement, defining and executing actions plans aiming to improve systems usage and performance and to deliver more business value The ITS Site Lead is also responsible to foster collaboration across the cluster/area within his/her platform and across all ITS IA platforms. In addition, the ITS Site Lead should play an active role in defining and delivering the digital products in the site. This implies close collaboration with the Digital Team to define the solution in compliance with Sanofi standards The position should have significant knowledge of the process & data; also with good understanding of project methodologies (including agile) and ITIL processes.
