الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are actively followed
- and maintained at a high level.
- Manage the operational aspects of the facility to drive improvement in
- service delivery.
- Oversee the management of the team ensuring regular and clear
- communication is in place.
- Ensure all the necessary equipment, resources and systems are in
- place.
- Assist in ensuring that customer concerns / feedback are monitored,
- progressed and closed down
- Monitor the performance and potential of the team and provide the
- direction, training and motivation necessary to secure their optimum
- commitment, competency and maximum efficiency
- Confer with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and
- to discuss work to be performed.
