الوصف الوظيفي
- Keeps abreast of all product knowledge, ranging from daily functions, services and facilities available, and marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensures all directions are followed out at the request of any level of Senior Management.
- Projects a favourable image of the hotel, through a positive and professional attitude, manner, and presentation.
- Ensuring that all hotel team members are providing prompt, attentive and friendly service at all times (in line with LQA standards), constantly reviewing guest feedback (direct, online reviews or surveys),performance and operations of yourself and the department, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Keep clear and comprehensive records of guest room bookings and all billings for accountability and future reference.
