الوصف الوظيفي
- Work closely with QADER technical staff on the development of Hotline SOPs.
- Operate the hotline on SGBV for women and girls with disabilities through receiving complaints, ensuring complete documentation, and identifying the proper action and follow up
- Ensure application and full compliance with QADER’s confidentiality and data protection policy, and other relevant policies.
- Provide individual psychosocial counselling to women and girls with disability SGBV survivors, and refer cases to specialized protection services as needed, through a case management approach.
- Develop and implement effective referral mechanism to specialized protection service providers.
- Liaise with GBV protection service providers among official institutions and civil society organizations, and promote synergies and cooperation with them.
- Provide guidance to the Psychosocial Support Coordinator on needed field work regarding the case management follow up.
