الوصف الوظيفي
- Create and develop internal and external forms of communication to be used by the team.
- Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications coming out from the internal team.
- Plan and deliver communication courses and materials to the team for enhancement and better efficiency and professionalism.
- Communicate with the client to ensure proper understanding of the requirements, products and/or services and branding guidelines.
- Create new branding concepts, mood boards, and sample layouts based on client requirements in coordination with other departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of developed material for future reference.
- Ensure that the branding guidelines are consistent across advertising and campaigns.
- Oversee and create new branding concepts, mood boards, and sample layouts based on client requirements in coordination with other departments.
- Follow up on the budget and ensure meeting the targets.
- Develop creative content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other related channels for internal and external clients and supervise projects accordingly.
- Coordinate with all departments to coordinate budgets, deadlines, objectives, and schedules.
- Plan, create, and oversee the design, content, and production of marketing materials.
- Monitor communication between across departments and clients to ensure handling clients’ enquiries and complaints within the stipulated timelines in an effective and efficient manner and maintain client satisfaction.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
