Primary responsibilities:
- Handle the daily admin operations of the business like correspondences and mail arrangements
- Ensure that the scheduled meetings are coordinated and carried out in a smooth manner
- Greet, welcome, and direct InstaShop Office visitors to the appropriate person and room
- Facilitate transportation and ensure all the needs are met for management visits
- Manage the physical assortment of assets and accurately update asset records
- Oversee and manage Sim Cards and the related processes with the network providers
- Receive quotations and maintain strong relationships with supplies and distributers
- Communicate the business needs and the relevant quotations with the HR Manager for approvals
- Verify and manage the current inventory of office supplies and maintain accurate records to prevent inventory gaps
