الوصف الوظيفي
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their positions, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes, mentoring team members, Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
