Injection Quality Section Head

Job Description

• TheInjection Quality section head ensures that the quality standards are being met.
• He / She will assist with the co-ordination of quality improvement activities within the different Production Departments.
• Authorizing line stoppage of and injection when working not according procedure.
• Ensure customer requirement are met
• TheInjection Quality Leader assists with the introduction, implementation and evaluation of current quality inspection approaches and methods within the Department.
• Work within Environmental and Health & Safety requirements procedures.

Job Requirements

• Experience working in quality in manufacturing industry. With proven experience in managerial role
• Excellent knowledge of quality tools and methods (DoE, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, SWOT, 8D method)
• Using Problem solving tools like Ishikaua diagram 5w
• Excellent communication and English language skills.
• Excellent team leading skills
• Knowledge on use of measuring equipment such as caliper, comparators, optical measuring instruments would be an asset.
• Knowledge of six sigma tools.
• Systematic & Methodical..
• Sound presentation techniques.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive team approach.
