Injection Process Engineer

Job Description

• Identifying and analyzing molds break downs and work on preventing their reoccurrence.
• Making a daily working plan and establishing priorities.
• Working on developing and improving the performance of machines and employees in the department.
• Supporting the internal audit process both as Auditor and Auditee as requested.
• Supporting Quality Procedures in creation and compliance.
• Insuring that employees abide by the instructions of the industrial safety which includes the none occurrence of injuries or any damage to either the machines or the factory.
• Coordinating with the quality department to resolve any problem concerning the quality of the product.
• Identifying and requesting the department’s needs of employees, machines & other resources.
• Promoting energy efficiency, resource conservation, and best management practices throughout the facility, increase personal knowledge of resource/energy management, helps raise the level of awareness among all employees.
• All other duties as requested from time to time.
