الوصف الوظيفي
* Solid experience in implementation, configurations and Administration of MS Windows Servers, MS Hyper-V, MS Active directory, MS DNS, MS DHCP , Antivirus Management Server and Clients
* Experience in Networks design, implementation, configurations and Administration of switches and firewalls
* Lead Technical support function, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
* Experience in preparing technical specifications for Servers, computers, printers and other IT equipment.
* Experience in Telephony Exchange systems, configurations and troubleshooting is preferred
* MCSE, CCNA or equivalent certificates are required
