• An ability to work as part of a team and with a minimum of supervision.
• 2 years experience in lamination skills to get correct, defect less product for assembly
• With good lamination skills to get correct defect less product for assembly.
• With an average knowledge of the following skills : vacuum bag, resin spray,chopper and and lamination skills
• With an average knowledge of the following skills : Finishing, fairing and color matching
