الوصف الوظيفي
- To execute all crew operation as well as maintenance crew to work safely as per operating philosophy.
- Communicate & coordinate with the client for maximizing production and smooth running of CPF.
- Responsible for preparing daily production report & status of the plant and reports to the operation manager.
- Create awareness in operational and maintenance crew about the plant hazards, equipment hazards and work hazards, chemical hazards and instruct to follow the related safety precautions and safety aspects, controls and measures.
- Perform an emergency response role as defined by client’s safety policy
- Able to work in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment, exposure to a large international Contractor, manufacturers, experienced consultants.
- Liaise and coordinates the activities carried by the Operators (Field and DCS) and provide guidelines and support.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the safe start-up and shut down activities.
- Ensure the smooth and trouble free running of machines as per the vendor data sheet specifications.
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement in HSE standards to build a proactive safety culture within the team.
- Enforce crew to deliver excellence in HSE standards
- Responsible for team compliance with Control of work standards & procedures.
- Responsible for maximizing production with minimum impact of maintenance activities without compromising quality.
- Ensure that the daily production and maintenance plans are executed with the help of other crafts and field hydrocarbon production, Gas and water injection targets are achieved in a professional, responsible and effective manner.
- Carry out all maintenance activities involved in the plant as per the PTW SYSTEM implemented by client.
- Team training & development
- Managing a team of panel and field operators in a challenging environment.
- Engineering graduate in Chemical technology or Diploma in chemical Technology or graduate with Chemistry with well experience on relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of Oil and Gas field Operation experience including a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
- Effective team working and Good communication skills
- Self-motivated, receptive to change and capable of working effectively within a team environment
- Be able to add value by being innovative
- Proven people and communication skills.
