Job Description
- Ensure that the project is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the work
- Ensure all the work done is within the budget and timeframe of the project
- Prepare risk assessment reports and review it with the Technical Office Section Head
- Ensure that the work done is as the customer expectations regarding quality
- Prepare project design drawings as per the needed requirements
- Assist Technical Office Section Head in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted works
- Prepare & update technical comparison sheets of offers received from subcontractors
- Follow up on the subcontracted works, including payment applications, invoices, projects logistics
- Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials and follow-up on the approval process
- Follow & adhere to technical office policies and procedures
- Prepare and coordinate project work drawings accurately with quality standard
- Prepare project paperwork & update it regularly by coordinating with project managers to solve any technical issues that arise
- Implement corrective actions as per the Technical Office Section Head’s instructions to avoid technical conflicts that may arise during project progress
- Adhere to the project budget & schedule planning
