الوصف الوظيفي
- Review the Fire Life Safety Design and identify compliance with all applicable International, local codes and regulations.
- Review FLS engineering judgements, CFD analysis, Building Evacuation models or any other FLS design reports as required.
- Engage and liaise with the Client and the Authorities having jurisdiction for all FLS matters including design approval, obtaining building permit, construction inspection and obtaining occupancy certificate.
- Make decisions on engineering/scientific problems and methods relating to FLS using advanced techniques, theories, practices of the particular field.
- Monitor FLS construction compliance and communicate all findings and concerns to the Project Director.
- Manage a group of FLS engineers to review design, inspect the works and report progress of the works.
- Prepare progress reports.
- Identify, Evaluate, monitor and mitigate FLS related Risks.
