A legal representative of the company to follow up the issues related to the affair at the governmental bodies, to update the requirements and legal requirements and their compatibility with the company's policies.

Follow-up of cases in the Ministry of Commerce.

Follow-up of labor issues & transactions documents in the Labor Office

Follow up cases and lawyers' offices.

Follow-up cases in the courts and the Board of Grievances.

Maintaining & Follow-up rates of Saudization and the introduction of mechanisms and programs to maintain the required ratios.

Follow up and update weekly Saudization ratio.

Link with the Personnel Affairs Department regarding the applications of the Ministry of Labor bylaw to be applied.
