الوصف الوظيفي
- Follow- up with employees who have requited information about the wage subsidy program: provide phone, email-based support to inquiries from the participants before/during/after completing the wage subsidy scheme including, but not limited to, providing general information about the wage subsidy program, answering question about eligibility criteria, answering questions about documents required to be submitted to SEC, etc.
- Support the selection process of the received applications based on the pre-defined quota per course/per governorate; assuring gender-ratio etc., sub-sector distribution, geographical distribution of participants representation.
- Check the eligibility of applicants
- Inform participants about acceptance (email, SMS, phone call) and re-confirm their participation;
- Support in evaluation, which will be completed by the participating employers in wage subsidy scheme and conduct analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with the project coordinator for any potential problem might occur
- Follow-up with unemployed persons/employers after 3-6 months after completing the wage subsidy scheme if employers continue employing the unemployed person.
- Support SEC in the reimbursement process ( wage subsidy disbursement)
- Conduct phone interviews about learning experience with randomized sample to get deeper insights into the learning experience
