الوصف الوظيفي
- Crystallizing objectives, drawing up the strategic plan and general policies, and making central decisions that concern the training center as a whole.
- Supervising the implementation of plans, training programs and established policies, and ensuring the safety and accuracy of implementation and adherence to them.
- Submitting suggestions for developing the administrative and technical organization of the center's organizational structure.
- Assisting in transforming the general objectives into sub-goals and activities.
- Supervises the follow-up to update the training program plan of the training center.
- Studying the trainees' needs to develop their capabilities and job skills and recommending them.
- Studying work-related problems, improving them and raising their level.
- Working on developing information systems, encouraging the use of devices, and developing the skills of using them.
- Work on developing and building a team spirit among the trainers and trainees
- Supervising, assisting and encouraging the trainees to provide new and constructive suggestions and opinions that would contribute to the improvement and development of training programmes.
- Preparing and evaluating periodic reports on the performance of trainers and trainees and the achievements of the training center with the aim of improving performance and workflow.
- Ensuring that all the tasks and duties of the various jobs within the training center contribute to achieving the center's main objectives, which are the establishment of national technical cadres.
- Implementation of the Education Quality Control Procedures Manual
- Performing any other duties assigned to him in the field of job competence
