الوصف الوظيفي
- Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provides high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit, department or function.
- Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the School.
- Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
- Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.
- Follow the college rules and regulations.
- Act as a first point of contact for the school and provide a high level of client service to the COMPANY
- Responsible for the administrative preparation of each semester including
- Contact students, when necessary, for various reasons including but not limited to timetables changes, late registration, low attendance, census date of registration withdrawal etc.
- Undertake other duties as required by the Dean- School of Engineering.
