الوصف الوظيفي
- Project & services execution responsibilities:
- The application engineer is responsible for successfully delivering MES projects and services tasks on-time, on-budget and in alignment with client expectations.
- Fully understand the project & customer requirements in MES to deliver as per expectations. Assess the assigned engineering tasks and meet commitment, working in the field of Industrial IT (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, Networking, Web Services and Programming Languages).
- Follow the support procedure and document the incidents resolution learnings.
- Producing project / services documentation.
- Support and manage software delivery, integration testing and project startup activities. Assisting the sales force with the preparation of proposals, estimates, occasional support of sales in visits to customers, technical presentations of papers.
