الوصف الوظيفي
- Significantly contributes to management of full award cycle for standard and in-kind grants and agreements, including solicitation, review, execution, implementation management, monitoring, communication with recipients (as delegated by the Supervisor), and closeout of grants.
- Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of grants’ activities as delegated by the Innovation Fund Manager and Deputy Chief of Party
- Ensures full compliance USAID policies, best practices, and procedures relating to the development of grant agreements, implementation, and close-out.
- Assists in the development of sub-award documents such as RFPs/RFAs, grant agreements, and evaluation and selection process, per the established and USAID policies.
- Maintains documentation and grant files in accordance with USAID
- Identifies issues and risks related to program activity implementation and communicates them in a timely manner to the Innovation Fund Manager and DCOP.
- Ensures proper negotiation of the terms and conditions and the documentation under the in-kind grants, as delegated by the Innovation Fund Manager or DCOP.
