• HR System Selection & Setup
• Advising management on human resources plans and processes
• Ensuring HR agendas are aligned with employment law issues
• Formulating and retaining HR related reports
• Looking at new ways to generate and analyse data and reports
• Auditing for any HR activities to ensure compliance
• People Welfare & Wellbeing Champion & Liason
• Annual Employee Reviews
• Develop and process employment contracts
• HR Interview of new UP candidates and MRS Candidates (where required)
To be successful you will need:
• Have at least 3 years experience in HR
• Relevant degree or qualification
• Experience developing policy & systems from scratch
