الوصف الوظيفي
- Liaise with management and procurement department to assist in short listing Electrical engineering consultants / contractors.
- Review quotations, work orders, technical reports, outsourced consultant submittals and related technical reports to ensure providing management with sound recommendations to assist their decision making process.
- Ensure liaising with help desk and CAFM operators planners / schedulers from an Electrical aspect so as to safeguard SNC’s and client’s interests.
- Review and evaluate work scopes, material submittals, shop drawings, RFI, payments, and material submittals etc in order to ensure alignment with the SNC’s standards / requirements / contractual agreements
- Monitor the performance of the appointed consultant and contractor from an Electrical Engineering perspective to ensure project completion as per the stipulated schedule, allocated budget and quality terms, to honour SNC’s stakeholders.
