الوصف الوظيفي
- Supporting the implementation of project activities related to interventions in the field of Nursing
- Supporting the project technical advisors as needed in the development of Labor Market Information Systems
- Organising and update project documentation, data and knowledge management
- Preparing written project reports, contributing to written proposals and minutes
- Conducting research tasks and compiling/aggregating information in English and Arabic
- Assisting with planning, coordinating, organising, and documenting meetings, workshops, seminars and other project activities with a focus on technical and also administrational aspects
- Supporting project monitoring and updates information on project progress, documents and reports regularly on the status of results
- Preparing subject matter materials relevant material (reports, articles, presentations etc.) for internal and external use
- Monitoring the projects progress according to GIZ rules & regulations, using project management tools
- Supporting local short-term and long terms experts and consultants
- Supporting international expert and consultant missions to Jordan with knowledge input, logistical assistance and translation services
- Supporting the project management in internal and external communication of the project, responsible for all communications in Arabic
- Representing the project in meetings, workshops and at conferences
