• Participates in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the ZOHO applications to meet the customer’s needs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.
• Provides in-depth knowledge of the ZOHO application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard ZOHO functionality.
• Demonstrates experience in use of the prescribed ZOHO implementation methodology,
• Understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects.
• Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
• Is responsible for configuring and customizing the ZOHO application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
• Facilitates the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the ZOHO application.)
• Is responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the ZOHO application.
• Understands challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications.
• Is responsible to analyze and understand business problems.
• Is responsible to prepare Model data and processes.
• Is responsible to conduct workshops and training sessions.
• Is responsible to plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing.
• Is responsible on core ZOHO applications functionality
• Participates with developers in ZOHO technologies such as Deluge Script - HTTP requests and responses - Java or Python programming - web application development - basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, required during projects
• Responsible on Diagnosticto prepare and conduct business process analysis
• Conduct Fit Gap Analysis and Document and present results of diagnostic phase
• SOW document documentation.
• Support license definition and service estimations for functional tasks
• Responsible on Analysisto conduct Key User training
• Prepare and conduct business requirements workshops
• Set up application for Fit Gap Analysis and Conduct Fit Gap Analysis
• Document and present results of analysis phase.
• Responsible on Designand create development design specifications
• Create design documents for customer understanding and acceptance
• Present documentation and application design to customer
• System configurations and conduct feature testing of standard and independent software vendor (ISV)
• Solution functionality Assist in the identification and creation of process test scenarios
• Responsible on Developmentto assist with the preparation of training and other documentation
• Conduct function testing with developer and customer
• Deploy security roles
• Assist in the creation of User Acceptance test scripts
• Conduct data acceptance testing
• Conduct process testing and support End User training as defined in the project scope
• Responsible on Deploymentto Conduct Key User training (in case of Rapid Implementation)
• Create process and User Acceptance Test plan
• Configure live environment
• Conduct process and User Acceptance test together with the customer to ensure functionality, configuration, and data are as expected.
• Support End User training as defined in the project scope

• Responsible on Agile Preparation toConduct Solution Overview, Conduct Key User Training
• Prepare and conduct Business Requirements workshops
• Set up application for Fit Gap Analysis, Conduct Fit Gap Analysis
• Provide input to the creation of Solution Backlog and high-level estimation process
• Release Planning.
• Responsible on Agile Execution toProvide input to the Sprint Backlog creation and Attend Sprint Planning Meetings (visioning/planning meetings) and Daily Sprint Cycle Meetings
• Create development design specifications and System Configurations
• Conduct feature testing of standard and ISV functionality
• Assist in the identification and creation of process test scenarios
• Assist in the generation of Daily Build
• Assist in the process of Sprint testing and attend the Sprint Technical preview sessions
