Job Description

Job Purpose:

The SAP consultant role is to assist SAP consultants to execute activities related to the configuration, development, implementation, support, training, maintenance of SAP ABAP module and functions within your area of responsibility.

You will be assigned toABAPSAP module

Responsibilities:

A) Learn and understand the Business & IT environments.

• Al-Mansour organization & Who is Who.
• Business processes in general, in automotive and in Al-Mansour in specific.
• SAP in general, Module assigned in specific, Landscape in Al-Mansour.
• The implementation of assigned SAP module (SAP ABAP) in Al-Mansour.

B)Participate in providing Consistent, high quality and powerful application support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness.

• Respond torequests for support/assistance in person, via phone or electronically.
• Diagnosereported issues andtry to resolvethem using available information resources and researches.
• Escalateunresolved issues or those requiring urgent attention to concerned consultant or Senior consultant.
• Trackrequests and document resolutions.
• Prepareactivity reports.
• Stay currentwith system information, changes and updates.
• Participatein the on-the-job training and preparation and update of training materials to end users.
• Participatein the development and update of user manuals.
