الوصف الوظيفي
- Technical support to analyse and identify solutions / work around in terms of accessing NRC systems in relation to sanctions, embargo and data segregation issues. Ensuring new digital initiatives promoted by NRC are practicable in Syria and if not a. immediately make management aware b. propose alternative options.
- Support the Country offices to maintain an efficient, responsive and accountable system of user support within the country offices.
- Explore and recommend ICT and digital solutions for challenging set ups i.e. remote offices.
- Ensure software, hardware and network installs, re-installs, upgrades, moves, changes and relocations are planned and implemented when necessary and as required.
