Support Technology Equipment Allocation Process (TEAP) and integration with other functional areas and IT services
Plan in collaboration with the client relevant parties for the support of Audiovisual services during the event and readiness exercises
Collaborate with service providers on infrastructure design making sure that all the client Requirements are met
Prepare test procedures for the preparation and handover phases.
Provide subject matter expertise throughout the planning process
Systems designs sign-off
Ensure Audiovisual tasks are clear and completed in scope, within budget and schedule
Coordinate and follow-up with service providers to ensure delivery of assets and services as per agreed service levels, ensuring smooth exchange of information and collaborative groups
Track the progress of implementation leading up to the timely availability of components and services and including the commissioning/decommissioning of the systems in all venues.
Make sure that the AV services are delivered as per the client Requirements, tested and handed over to operations, securing the transition from the project as per FWC Support Model and SLAs agreed.
Report progress, issues and risks related to IT projects and operations, according to IT governance and keep counterpart aligned
