Account Manager

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Generate new leads by identifying the targeted prospects
Act as a consultant by developing relationships with key customer client and executive sponsors
Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies
Ensure successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives on time
Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives for both internal and external clients
Communicate with the other sales personnel to ensure achieving the desired results
Be capable to handle some major customer accounts, while being involved with marketing as well as sales if necessary
