سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيResponsible to lead and direct the routine functions relating to HR operations for the regional office, this role will perform a variety of generalist functions including, but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, administration, payroll and benefits, and management of employee training and development.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Reporting Lead the day to day maintenance and distribution of employee information, promoting positive employee experience and ensuring compliance with HR related policies, procedures and laws.
Lead the administration of requests for employment letters including salary certificates, experience certificates, and leave requests.
Maintain and implement plan documents, files and other relevant information related to employee data.
Support employee relations investigations including employee complaints, performance improvement, warnings, and other needs in collaboration with the Human Resources Department in the UAE.
Enable timely and accurate financial information flow between HR, Accounting and appointed third party payroll and HR agencies.
