About the Job

• Prepare corporate governancefiles.
• Provide advice in relation to laws and regulations affecting the organization.
• Provide legal advice in connection with major business initiatives and transactions, including corporate acquisitions/disposals.
• Prepare, review, negotiate and settle all other legal documentation and contracts.
• Brief and communicate with external legal counsel as required.
• Implement and monitor systems and procedures to ensure that the organization is complying with all laws, industry codes of conduct and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in law (LLB), English or French section.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer preferably in industrial sector or in a law firm.
• Proven background on corporate law.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
• Solid legal knowledge, analytical skills, legal writing, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Very good command of English, French is a plus.
• Current licence to practise law.
