Job Overview:

• Sustain and grow a strong value-adding professional services delivery account through a blend of strategic direction & culture alignment, organization structuring and human capital development & optimization which will provide for achievement of company`s objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Delivery:

• Responsible for delivery excellence and best practices
• Monitor overall projects delivery and ensure successful delivery in terms of quality, meeting deadlines, cost and customer satisfaction
• Liaising with customers to show value proposition and differentiation and act as business partner by providing ideas, recommendations & consultancy
• Manage customer expectation and needs
• Overlook delivery operations and identifies pitfalls/gaps and provides necessary resolutions in coordination with Operational Excellence to ensure continuous improvement People

People:

• Manages a team of employees and responsible of all delivery projects within the account while ensuring high quality, cost effectiveness and meeting targeted profitability
• Plan team capacity, skill sets and required capabilities to satisfy the delivery business needs and continuous expansions
• Manage allocation and proper utilization of resources
• Provide coaching and feedback to relevant team members formally and informally as needed to maintain productivity and organizational culture

Financial:

• Accountable for account revenue and invoicing targets as well as its profitability
• Ensures invoicing in a timely manner
• Plan and manage account budget and cost
• Report account results periodically to senior management Business

Business:

• Provides departmental objectives serving the organizational strategy goals
• Work closely with Commercial on pipeline reviews and assist in generating leads
• Communicate as needed with all other organization functions that serves or impacts Services organization
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Drive accountability for the improvement of service delivery metrics
• Interacts with other domain and operational groups to function collaboratively as part of a global virtual team that ssupports a consistent strategy, architecture, andinteroperability

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience.
• Project Management training is a must.
• English Fluency is a must.
• PMP Certification will be a plus.
