Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven IT Contract Staffing Sales Manager to lead our staffing solutions business in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth in the contract staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for contract staffing services across various industries.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking cold calling and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in client organizations.
- Conduct client meetings presentations and negotiations to secure staffing contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective account management.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance service delivery.
Revenue Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
Operational & Compliance Responsibilities:
- Ensure all staffing contracts comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Work closely with HR and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of contract staff.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities contracts and client interactions in CRM tools.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
- 5 years of experience in contract staffing sales recruitment or HR solutions in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to staffing in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Human Resources Sales or a related field.
- MBA or professional certifications in HR or sales are a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Fluency in English & Arabic is preferred.
- Must have a valid Saudi driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings.
