The role:
Logistics Client Support Specialist Europe
Summary of the Role:
Responsible for being the main point of contact for assigned clients and ensuring the optimal (timely costeffective) of sale contracts while continually providing highquality service to all involved stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient of sale contracts for assigned clients (from offering/sampling phase to delivery) and keep related data uptodate
- Keep assigned client profiles uptodate and liaise with Inbound teams effectively on related procedural changes where relevant
- Issue shipping instruction and logistic documents related to assigned sales (invoices release documents cover letters... and instruct/ensure upload of related external documents where required
- Work closely with relevant internal teams clients brokers and logisticservice providers to ensure 24h customer service data accuracy and efficient coordination (position check effective backup/ handover etc.
- Work closely with Sales team Inbound teams and Head office to anticipate challenges and advise on potential solutions
- Advise Sales team on logistic costs for specific sale scenarios and any other logistic aspect of a sales project/ potential business
- Monitor assigned clients position & receivables
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Education
- University graduate (BA or equivalent)
- Focus/ Major in Foreign Trade Commodity Trading Logistics or Management is a plus
- Other certifications are a plus
Experience and Technical Skills
- 3 to 5 years of working experience (compulsory)
- Experience in an international environment related to trade/ supply chain/ logistics
- Experience in coffee trade logistics is a plus
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
- Knowledge/ practical experience in SAP (compulsory)
- Good knowledge of Excel Word Outlook
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams SharePoint...
- Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Knowledge of ESCC is a plus
