The Emergency Room Physician assess and attends to patients who enter a hospitals emergency room. They immediately treat any injuries infections or other conditions to stabilize patients. ER doctors request medical tests for patients create treatment plans and recommend patients to appropriate specialists. They coordinate medical referrals coordinate admissions monitor and arrange final dispositions. In addition provide stabilization and coordination of evacuation to local medical center. We are looking for candidates with a commitment to a proactive approach to workplace safety while taking a diplomatic and professional approach to patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct immediate assessments and management for emergency and urgent care patients.
- Examine diagnose and treat patients for various illnesses and injuries.
- Order perform and interpret diagnostic tests; analyse records and reports.
- Develop implement and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and administer medications treatments and therapies as appropriate.
- Recommend followup care to ensure continuity and improvement of patient health.
- Collect record and maintain accurate patient health information and histories.
- Consult and refer patients to specialists based on their medical conditions.
- Coordinate comprehensive healthcare plans with nursing staff social workers and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Ensure meticulous and accurate maintenance of all medical records.
- Provide clinical reporting to the Director of Clinical Medical Operations (DCMO).
- Mentor and support staff development through clinical guidance.
- Adhere to best practices in line with clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to the clinical excellence framework under the guidance of the DCMO.
- Liaise with external agencies as necessary to promote continuity of care and facilitate professional referrals and patient handovers.
- Actively participate in Mass Casualty exercises and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- A minimum of three 3 years experience postboard certification.
- Demonstrated experience in executive level interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Remote site experience preferred.

Education Required:
- Graduated from an approved medical school and completed a residency or fellowship as a Doctor of Medicine (M.D. or Osteopathy (D.O. from a school approved by a recognized accrediting body in the year of the applicants graduation or equivalent in country of record.
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or Equivalent.
- Current and unrestricted license from any US State District of Columbia US Territory or Country of Record to provide healthcare within scope of practice.
- Obtain provided American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- American Heart Association Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification is preferred.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification preferred.
- DEA number or Equivalent is preferred.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
