We are looking for a talented and strategic Retention Marketing Manager to join our team.
As part of the Marketing Retention team you will be crucial in ensuring that our users remain engaged convert and grow their loyalty with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies designed to enhance user lifecycle retention engagement and revenue.
- Lead initiatives to increase user conversion and reduce churn through targeted campaigns across email and push notifications.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns monitor KPIs and optimize based on insights.
- Work crossfunctionally with teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and .
- Create and manage user lifecycles from ideation to testing and iterating to drive the best results.

Requirements :
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in retention marketing lifecycle marketing email marketing.
- Proficiency with Email Marketing platforms.
- Datadriven with strong analytical skills and the ability to drive insights and actions from data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative outofthebox thinker.
- Ability to lead and drive complex projects with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong communicator with the ability to motivate stakeholders and drive goaloriented actions.
- BA/BSc degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Bonus: Experience with HTML social media platforms and dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau).
