الوصف الوظيفي
The International Student Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing implementing and optimizing strategies to attract recruit and onboard international students for BMC. This role focuses on building relationships with prospective students agents and institutions to achieve enrollment targets while ensuring compliance with local and international admission standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment and Outreach
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to target prospective international students.
- Represent the institution at international education fairs webinars and events to promote programs and admission opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with international student agencies schools and relevant stakeholders.
Admissions Support
- Assist prospective students with inquiries regarding admission requirements application procedures and program details.
- Review applications to ensure documentation meets the medical college s standards and policies.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless application process for international students.
Marketing and Promotions
- Create promotional content and campaigns tailored to international students showcasing the medical college s unique strengths.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain uptodate online resources such as the international admissions webpage and social media.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to international education and visa policies including maintaining updated knowledge on regional laws affecting students.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate periodic reports to track the effectiveness of strategies.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and provide necessary documentation for student visas and legal requirements.
Student Experience and Retention
- Work with support departments to ensure an excellent onboarding process and address international student concerns effectively.
- Develop initiatives to integrate international students into campus life ensuring their social and cultural adaptation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in international relations Marketing Education or related fields; Master s degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 35 years in student recruitment admissions or related fields preferably in the medical education sector.
- Experience in international markets is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage culturally diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with student visa processes and compliance requirements.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
