الوصف الوظيفي
- As the team lead in Dev Tools youll play a key role in shaping Wixs nextgeneration development framework (Wix CLI) empowering teams to build applications & sites efficiently and effectively.
- In your daytoday you will:
- Lead a team of expert engineers across Israel and Ukraine driving collaboration innovation and excellence
- Design and develop CLIbased framework that streamline the creation of Wix applications
- Drive projects from idea to production including creating RFCs and handson coding while shaping the frameworks evolution through your insights and expertise
- Create innovative developercentric tools tailored for high performance and usability
- Maintain high standards in coding practices architecture design and overall product quality
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in JavaScript development and a strong understanding of the web development lifecycle
- Expertise with frontend tooling like Webpack Vite and familiarity with micro frontends and complex web applications
- 2 years of experience as a team lead managing and mentoring engineers
- Experience creating CLI applications or contributing to opensource projects (an advantage)
- Thrives in fastpaced environments and adapts quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and countries

Our goal is to build cuttingedge tools that improve the velocity and quality of our users products. Our users are both internal Wix developers and external developers.
Currently we are focusing on building the Wix CLI the nextgeneration toolkit that allows professional developers to easily build applications and websites on top of the Wix platform. We intend for the CLI to be similar to community open source solutions and support building applications in React.
