Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage labels for Oils and Chemicals (Engine Oil Gear Oil Greases Windscreen Washer Fluid Coolants Brake Fluid Car Care products etc.).
- Define specifications and applicable regulations to ensure product compliance and approval within set deadlines.
- Oversee project planning budget control and development progress.
- Ensure highquality development while identifying cost reduction and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide regular written updates and reports on individual projects including dashboards and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and propose suitable business partners for project execution.
- Coordinate and manage development processes with selected business partners and relevant customer divisions.
- Provide written responses to customer Value Chain organization regarding productrelated inquiries.
- Structure and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for development ensuring crossfunctional process alignment.
- Address and resolve quality issues with high priority within target deadlines.
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field. With maximum 3years of experience in the automotive chemical or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oil and Chemicals product specifications and regulations.
- Experience in label development and compliance processes.
- Project management and budget control expertise.
- Quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Data analysis and reporting (dashboards risk assessment forecasting).
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for documentation and reporting.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
- Detailoriented and structured approach to project management.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Adaptability to work in international and crossfunctional environments.
